I have lots to blog, and more pictures to add from the Oregon coast, but I am wiped, busy busy week! Did manage to get some great biking this week (and I am NOT talking the indoor spin class kind), did intervals up No 2 Canyon Wednesday, and a fabulous ride to Cashmere today. While training for the marathon I cross trained with cycling, but to be back to going hard and doing longer distances, feels so right!
