We did the DU!
This morning was the Wenatchee Valley Duathlon. This is the first time I have done an event as a team, and it was so fun. The weather was typical March..cold, wet, and a little breezy. Steph ran an awesome 5k to start it (not to mention she had bronchitis last week), I rode the 17 mile ride, then she finished is with another 5k.
Our time was 1:42, we were happy...got our shirts and 1st place medal!

Awesome job!!! So proud of you! I think you should head this way and you, Rachel, and myself should split a marathon relay!! I'd be the slow one on the team...but it would be fun!!! Way to go!!!
