Wednesday 18th - Sage hills ran 35 minutes
Thursday 19th- ride 23 miles, 1 hour 22 minutes
Friday 20th - ride Pinnacle loop 43 miles, 2 hours 35 minutes
Saturday 21st - 5.15 run 42.03 (8:10mm)
Sunday 22nd - 3 miles run to gym, 30 minutes functional workout, 1 mile jog home
