Allowing myself a couple of "free" weeks, no particular focus, just do what I enjoy, when I want to!
Sunday 4/8 - Easter...pretty much entered a sugar carb coma
Monday 4/9- Morning 5 mile run (40:54, 8:10mm, quite satisfied with this since I hadn't been running) afternoon 1 mile jog down to the gym, 40 minutes of weights, 1 mile jog back home- weather was amazing!
Tuesday 4/10- road bike 23 miles 1hour 20 minutes (my riding partner M is back and it's awesome to be riding with her again)
Wednesday 4/11- medicine ball, core and arms
Thursday 4/12- run 5.5 miles (43.54, 7:58 mm)
Friday 4/13- Cashmere 30mile road ride, 1 hour 43 minutes
Saturday 4/14 - 5 miles (41:26, 8:17 mm)- and 3 hours of yard work...should be counted for something!
Sunday 4/15 - 34miles road bike 2 hours 16 minutes (Joe Miller/Heights)
