Monday 2nd- Fly home = day off
Tuesday 3rd - 5 mile run/ 20 minutes weights
Wednesday 4th - 38 mile ride (Squilchuck, Wenatchee Heights, a loop up there, down to Malaga hwy, home)
Thursday 5th - 45 minutes at the gym (weights)
Friday 6th - Hike, Egihtmile Lake (7 miles)
Saturday 7th - Run 7 miles
Sunday 8th - Bike 30 miles, (Cashmere loop) 100 degree temp!
