Monday 26th- swim 2300m
Tuesday 27th- run 6.5 (almost a week off of running, felt great out there, pace was an 8:18, achilles was a little sore)
Wednesday 28th- Off
Thursday 29th- Run 3.5 miles (treadmill, achilles did not care for that), 45 minutes weights
Friday 30th- run 6 miles (on dirt, felt much better), swim 1800m
Saturday 1st- Ran 7.75 miles on canal with a friend, keeping pace average at 8:45, no achilles pain
Sunday 2nd- 34 mile ride (Cashemere, to Yaksum Canyon and back) 52 and sunny, still on my road bike!
