Monday 6th- Bike 26 miles
Tuesday 7th- Run 6, weight 45 minutes
Wednesday 8th- Run 3, swim 1500
Thursday 9th- OFF and totally on vacation
Friday 10th- Mtn Bike 20 plus miles (not in my comfort zone)
Saturday 11th- Trail run 6 miles
Sunday 12th- Kayaking fun!
