Tuesday 14th- 4.5 (early am run of shame), afternoon: 30 minutes weigths and speed work 8X400 (200 m walk in between) 3.25 miles
Wednesday 15th- 3.5 easy recovery run
Thursday 16th- 4.5 mile (RoS), Bike 22 miles
Friday 17th- Bike 26 miles (fairview)/ medicine ball
Saturday 18th- Bike 32 miles (cashmere)
Sunday 19th- run 7.5miles
