Monday 10th- Recovery run 4.5 miles (had I known I'd be smoked in the rest of the week I would've done more)
Tuesday 11th- Run 5 mile(treadmill ....YUCK), weights 35 minutes
Wednesday 12th- Swim 1700M (Yes this is the furthest ever, it's getting better)
Thursday 13th- 1 mile jog warm-up, 10x400's with a 90 second job in between
Friday 14th- 1 hour on the bike trainer (Yuck again, and not very productive)
Saturday 15th- 5.25 mile run on the dreadmill (this is NOT working for me), 1600 (1 mile) swim
Sunday 16th - hike 5 plus miles, 2000 feet elevation gain, first 1000 in the first mile...STEEP
