Monday 17th- 9 dreadmill miles
Tuesday 18th- 6 dreadmill miles
Wed-Friday....was in Vegas and first time ever on vacation didn't pack workout stuff....
Saturday 22nd- hike/run 8.5 miles (ran 1.5 miles to trailhead, hike 7 miles with family)
Sunday 23rd- 11 dreadmill miles.....please smoke go away!
