Monday 3rd- 4.75 mile run
Tuesday 4th- 5.5 mile am run, 22mile afternoon bike
Wednesday 5th- 1 mile swim
Thursday 6th- Run total 7.5 miles (4.5 in the am, 3 in the afternoon), weights at the gym 30 minute
Friday 7th- Bike to end of Icicle Road and back 60 miles
Saturday 8th- OFF
Sunday 9th- Run 10 miles (1 hour 26 minutes, not my fastest time, but was able to settle into a nice rhythm and felt good)
