I am too tired to go into workout detail, so just going with distance this week. Note: each one did have a specific goal/drill
Monday 17th- 1600m swim, 6 mile run
Tuesday 18th- 24 miles on the bike
Wednesday 19th- swim 1600 M, run 5.5 miles
Thursday 20th- OFF super tired
Friday 21st- bike 28 miles, swim 1500m
Saturday 22nd- run 13 miles
Sunday 23rd- bike 58 miles, 15 minute transition run
