Tuesday 9th- bike Fairview, back American Fruit 26 miles
Wednesday 10th- Recovery run 3 miles
Thursday 11th- Run, 6 miles at Sage
Friday 12th- bike 32 mile Cashmere loop
Saturday 13th- run 8.5
Sunday 14th - bike 52 miles, Nahahum and back, Mission creek and..then home. Feeling stronger than ever on my bike, and enjoying it 100%
