Ridge 2 River 09

On Sunday Lars competed in Ridge 2 River for his 10Th time, this year doing the bike leg! The race is a multi sport relay, starting with a Nordic ski, then downhill, off to a run, bike and paddle!

This is up at the bike exchange where the runner comes in and hands off to the bike. I was volunteering up here, and could not have asked for a nicer day!

After Lars took off, I was relieved of my duties so I could head down to the kayak/canoe exchange and pick Lars up. Jason and Andy (his teammates) waiting for him to come in.

And this guy..well Craig taught Lars everything he needs to know on (and possibly off) the bike. He even came out to volunteer on his birthday, what a good guy!
