Workout 7/9- 7/15

Monday 9th - 4 mile recovery run
Tuesday 10th- 26 mile ride
Wednesday 11th- OFF
Thursday 12th- 5 mile run, 40 min lap swim (50m pool), 20 mile bike
Friday 13th - Hike Coclchuck (8.5 miles)
Saturday 14th - Bike 26 mile (fairview, american fruit, West Eaglerock)
Sunday 15th - run 6 miles (perhaps it wasn't a run but rather a jog..)
