Workout 3/26- 4/1

Monday 26th -  2 hours cross bike (burch Mt, Knowles, West EagleRock, Du hill) lots of high intensity climbs.  Legs felt great even coming off a big week

Tuesday 27th - Cashmere on the CX bike, rain entire way back

Wednesday 28th -  Felt totally spent managed a 1 hour spin on the trainer

Thursday 29th - LONG AWAITED rest day (last rest day was the 19th and feeling it by now)

Friday 30th - Supposed to be #2 canyon, opted for the trainer with 5- 1 minute pick ups

Saturday 31st - Should've race, ran and weights instead 1 hour 20 minutes

Sunday 1st -  30 miles road bike  1 hour 45 minutes (felt great, other than the wind)
