Workouts 24th-30th

Monday 24th- run 3 miles, swim 2000M (1.25 miles, yes this is now the furthest)
Tuesday 25th- run 5.25..OUTSIDE
Wednesday 26th- swim 1600m (1 mile)
Thursday 27th- REST
Friday 28th- 8 mile treadmill,  weights (arms) SMOKED IN AGAIN
Saturday 29th- Bike 26 miles (lovell, April/Anna, Du hill, back Sleepy Hollow) FRESH AIR
Sunday 30th-  7 mile trail run
