Workouts 4/29- 5/2

Posting a day early, because with the exceptions of a small hike Sunday WILL be a rest day!

Monday 29th- run 5 miles, swim 2000 yards
Tuesday 30th- bike 28 miles (cross bike in strong wind)
Wednesday 1st- bike 32 miles
Thursday 2nd - run 10 miles, swim 1700 yards
Friday 3rd- bike 42 miles, mission creek and yaksum
Saturday 4th- 7 mile Sage hills run
Sunday 5th - rest!
