Lo comes to work with me every morning at 6:15, she essentially sets up the shop for the day. Because its an open space in the hospital, I have everything locked away at night, so having her there putting everything out is actually a huge help to me. Granted she charges $5 for this service, plus breakfast from the cafeteria and her "special" hot chocolate.....
She's always puts in her own flavor (white and dark chocolate and a little toasted marshmallow), but today she steamed her own almond milk. She picked it up right away, no problems......perhaps she has NW Barista championships in her future!
