Thought I'd share our favorite, as Lo calls it "special salad". This is a spin on a recipe my friend gave me. Lo requests this as a side to her meal most nights. When I cook it up I cook the whole bunch of Swiss chard, then the next day reheat whats left and eat for lunch over rice!
Ingredients: Swiss Chard, Zuccini, onion, garlic, chopped basil, oil, and salt, pepper, and lemon to taste.

Sautee zuccini and onions first a few minutes |

Add chard, sautee a couple more minute and your done. Add salt, pepper and lemon to taste |
