Workout 24th- 30th

Monday 24th- Swim 2200m
Tuesday 25th- Run 7 miles (lung feel like crap, but the window of clean air was awesome)
Wednesday 26th- Bike 28miles
Thursday 27th-  Gym-Weights
Friday 28th-  6 mile run, 2000m swim
Saturday 29th- Hike Merritt Lake 6.5 miles
Sunday 30th- Day Off
