Monday 22nd- run 3 miles, swim 2000m
Tuesday 23rd- 5 mile run
Wednesday 24th- swim 2000m, weights
Thursday 25th - off

Friday 26th- 3 mile run, 1 hour pathetic trainer ride
Saturday 27th- trail run
